"Eggs"elent Week!

“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”

~ Dr. Seuss

What a great week!  The sun came back and the light shined on Chestnut Hill!  We started off with 400 filled easter eggs at the nearby playground.  My friends son filled in for my youngest as Peter Rabbit.  The kids were so excited.  We seperated the kids into two groups since there were over 200 kids.   The little ones (4 and under) went first and were very methodic in apporaching each egg.  There motto seemed to me to be slow and steady ensures the egg.   The impatient older kids (5+) and parents eagerly awaited the there chance to pounce the larger section of the playground.  The count begain 10, 9 , 8,   oh well that’s as far as we got.  The Hunt for the older kids over… in less than a minute.  Complimentary consolations of Bakers Street Cookies awaited the eggless.  It was a great day for all!

My new friend and artistic talent Becky Leatherman Adams captured the day in this photo album

Becky your the best!      Thanks look forward to more of the Good News!
